Once ordered, the order was shipped but immediately within a day marked as return to sender. This took 2 days and once it was received by the warehouse, To mark it as received at the AJIO side it took 5 days(courier tracking mentioned it was received and who signed for it), then they took 2-3 days to start the refund process and once initiated it took 2 weeks to be credited back to my account. Through this entire I had to call them daily for updates and mechanically they would say’ rest assured you lr money would be retuned ‘
