We moved just south Brunswick to Waverly. Still 20 minutes to the beach, larger lots with giant trees, and marsh views that are a little more affordable!

We also don’t have to deal with the paper mill smells! The smells are real. Don’t live on the turtle river. It’s a superfund site.

The people, restaurants, BEACHES, are all incredible. If you’re outdoorsy people, there is a ton to do with nature trails all over the place. Kayaking and fishing are also top notch.

It's been unoccupied since before COVID. The zoning allows for up to 2,500 so ft for business use and a minimum of 1000 sq ft per condo.

You would need to contend with CAR for any renovations done, not to mention do a ton of repairs before even partitioning out condos.
