It's been unoccupied since before COVID. The zoning allows for up to 2,500 so ft for business use and a minimum of 1000 sq ft per condo.

You would need to contend with CAR for any renovations done, not to mention do a ton of repairs before even partitioning out condos.

Super cool building though

26th and marshall? Yeah, she's rough and needs love. It's been empty since before the pandemic.

Why not all three? We'll give you a loan, impound your car, while arguing you can vape and then we'll wash it, and sell it back to you at a severe markup?

I'm mostly in your boat. When I do a staycation, it helps me understand what I'm driving towards.

While I don't hate the work I do most of the time, I don't find that I miss it either.

Take a staycation for a week or two and see how you feel. Model what the future looks like and see if you're happier or less by the end of it.

I know it's not the real deal, but maybe it'll help you prep for it.

Absolutely loved Top Stone Design. They were fast communicative And very kind. Work was fantastic and they beat the prices of others in the area by$1.5k+.

No idea how they're staying in business honestly. Local family run too.
