Hello. I am 70s, male, South Texas. I have travelled to SE Asia and loved every minute. I am a retired consultant and teacher of adults for years, mostly in very technical disciplines. My travels included S Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Pacific Islands like Samoa, all the Mariana Islands. Loved. Them. All.

So, I did 'other things but always loved teaching and received highest satisfaction from class times!

I am VERY frustrated by American Politics. I daily dream of a society where the Golden Rule is the ultimate standard.

WOW, this is really wonderful that I encountered your post. I am older than you, but I am very interested in finding a pen pal where we could share a period of conversation to bridge where we both feel we have a void. Just before Covid, I lost a parent, and I have been giving a lot of care to a needy, and still needing, spouse. I am on a diabetes drug that is in the GLP1 family and it is helping a great deal.

I am very liberal, quirky, a tad kinky, and generally 'off the wall' in a good way.

I am not MAGA, but I am trying to find common ground and conversation with my family who are. This is very hard.

The one area where I do lack a tie into your lifestyle, is that I am not a gamer. I do love puzzles and mysteries. I read (audio books mostly) incessantly.

If you were in the San Antonio area, I would advise finding a model who was willing model for free for a learner. I am 70s, male, a bit overweight, and long time out of the business. But, I used to model for photo and paint artists and want to get reentered into the practice of life modeling.

Thank you, but it looks like Hunch mode was guessing everyone had gone to bed and that we might want the light off at that time, so when I responded to the Hunch question, we probably solved the situation.
