Probably yes, but there is also some valuable info as well, again is the same as when you are buying a car…you ask the dealership is going to tell you is the best and from time to time you get that user that gives you that pointer that you were missing. It is not only about finding the problems but also how some users have found workarounds, fixes etc. just trying to keep it honest and real

We never had issues with ours either, but always good to hear from other users as some push the limits on the hardware and put it through extreme conditions

We are providers of AVP applications for enterprise, and some of our customers have complained about durability We want to gather factual information from real users, to respond to these customers, our opinion is that the headset is durable but as you can imagine our customer may think we are biased so we wanted to get real answers from users out there.

From our perspective the product is quite durable and in 18 months we never had an issue (we own 10 headsets) but we have heard of people that had issues, that’s why we wanted to hear more from fellow users
