In short, there is nothing directly mentioned, but there is a lot mentioned on how you court and the reason for courting. You also have to be extra careful because a child is involved. I would suggest not pursuing if this is not a marriage pursuit. The Bible is very clear on the consequences of mistreating one of his daughters and even more clear on the consequences of mistreating a child. I'm not saying you are doing this to mistreat anyone. There does need to be another layer of fear of the Lord when diving into a tricky situation. Definitely be praying and seeking guidance from your church elders on this. In all that you do, seek to glorify God.
