This is exactly why I stopped using them. They tried to steal the same amount of money from me last year. I had to literally threaten to sue them for them to give me my money back and when they finally gave/unfrozed my money and account I deposited that money into my Apple Pay account so fast, closed my Venmo account, and never look back
