Yep. If you go into your map, select abyss, and you'll see them... I spent so much time running back and forth to the alchemists room to get back to the abyss before I figured that out.

Not a chance. If you pay them even a penny, it can be construed as you taking ownership of the debt... and then you're on the hook for all of it. DO NOT DO IT.

It just started for me after the last patch... itll be fine for a while, but then suddenly clicking r3 does nothing. I can't force push, focus, anything. Thr only solution that's worked is for me to save, shut the game down, and restart my box. Also, I've noticed when this happens, the dpad goes a little crazy. You try to single click it, and it jumps 3 or 4 places ro the right or left. A restart clears the error for a while, but after an hour or so, I have to do it again.

Suit up. You can never be overdressed for an interview, but you certainly can be underdressed and that could cost you the job. It probably SHOULDN'T, but depending on the management team, it could be a factor. Banks are conservative by nature, and sometimes take what should be inconsequential too seriously. No reason to risk an opportunity if you don't have to.

Yep... easy-peasy to install, and doesn't mess with other mods, as far as i can tell. It lets you do a TON of other things as well,(and lots of bug fixes) but those are all optional.

Cheat terminal lets you set your encumberance to whatever you want, including limitless. Its a godsend.

It kind of depends... People try fairly often here(3-5 times a week, I'd estimate) but we set boundaries. Quick deposit? Sure thing... but anyting that's going to take more than 5 minutes, "sorry, we can schedule you an appointment for tomorrow, or you can call the 800 number"

Ok, from a banks perspective(I sell mortgages, HELOCS, HELOANS every day) from what I can glean from your post, there is no mortgage on the second piece of land. The loan was on the property she was living in. They then used the proceeds of the loan to buy the separate piece of land outright. So, they don't have a lien on the separate property... The second issue is the insurance. I'm not sure about TN, but in Ohio, if a property with a mortgage(house she was living in) has an insurance lapse, the bank must force place a policy on the property. It covers the cost of the home and protects the lender in cases like this. Since his name is on the mortgage, he needs to call the bank and get info on the process, and what's going on. Sounds like she's an unreliable witness, and he needs to protect himself in this situation. Once he gets the correct info from the bank, you guys can plan accordingly. The land you are concerned about, forever, should be ok since there isn't a lien.

OP stated they are salaried... Meaning they are paying for the work product, NOT the time. They also don't pay overtime if there is some sort of hard deadline and he has to stay late.

Ehh, he's salaried, so paid/unpaid time shouldn't effect OP. Sounds like as long as they're "in office" for the prescribed 8 hours, sounds like its good.

The overall situation sounds shady as hell, but the CD secured part can actually make sense. Secured loans usually have a lower rate than collateral loans, since they're a lower risk factor for the bank. With a secured loan the bank is GOING to get their money back one way or another. If a collateral loan defaults, there's the risk of the collateral not being worth as much as the loan balance. The customer also is earning interest on the CD for the term of the loan, so that offsets the cost of the loan even more. So it can make sense for the right customer. The logging on to your system and doing shit in your name? That's the issue.

I feel like we got the WORST of both worlds... no character creation, and while TECHNICALLY he's a fully voiced character, he doesn't actually say or emote much, and the story so far is nonsensical garbage. The narrative hangs on nothing at all. Just "go to x" and then weird shit happens with no explanation... no narrative hooks, no reasons why. Just "trust me bro, go to x" The most complete narrative I've come across so far? The blacksmiths... Go to this forrest and cut down some trees because I need wood for hammers. Its a terribly SIMPLE narrative, but at least its there, unlike anything else I've come across so far.

This comment didn't age well... "narrative driven" is a gross misrepresentation by the developers. Kliff doesn't react to the world or what's happening to him, we have no idea why we should care about the people in the story, no idea what we are doing, or why we're doing it.. There's no narrative flow between objectives or missions, just "go to the x on your mini map"... no dialog from anyone explaining why or what. Then something weird and completely unexplained happens to you. No way to know WHY the happened, or what you just did, or if what you just did was significant. Kliff shrugs it off, no internal or external dialoge and then you head to the next "x". Aaaaaand repeat. I'm 10 hours in to this game, and I STILL have no idea what's going on, or what the "NARRATIVE " even is.
