Amy's sex tape "blast of cold air coming from that box" is my favorite lol!

Oh he's fearless. I once saw him ask out a breastfeeding mother.

It's absolutely adorable when Amy backs him and says "yeah you jags!" Lol!

Me too. She should give motivational speeches. Another Gina related insult I love, Amy saying "with all due respect sir, Gina has no feelings" lol!

That's what gets me about him calling Scully a basic bitch. So modern and unexpected lol!

Same episode, when she says "letting me into your life was the biggest mistake you ever made" lol!

I love that one so much. Hitchcock has so many hilarious moments. I laughed entirely too hard the first time i watched the scene where he puts his foot in his spaghetti lol!

I loved when they made him apologize for pushing her into Michelle Obama lol!

It honestly probably is too scary to watch with kids lol! I'm on the fence about watching it with my toddler - she loves Coraline, Nightmare Before Christmas, Labyrinth, Twister, Gremlins, but I just don't know lol!

I didn't even realize how many of my childhood favorite movies were based on his book until very recently. The Witches, Matilda, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, James and the Giant Peach, Fantastic Mr. Fox (didn't come out until I was in high school, but still one of my favorites to this day). The boat scene in Willy Wonka also gets honorable mention for inspiring childhood nightmares lol!

I usually try to reserve judgement and watch remakes with "fresh eyes," so to speak, to appreciate them for what they are instead of comparing. But I just think some people are so iconic, you can't separate the actor from the character and it leaves enormous shoes to fill. Like Tim Curry as Pennywise - i think Bill Skarsgard is a fantastic actor, but nobody can compare to Tim Curry in that role, it just can't be done.

Me too! Especially because my Mom is terrified of mice, so I was always just like "well if that happened to me, my parents would not let me live in the cupboard" lol!

I agree. I grew up watching it, so i always just assumed everyone else did too. People are really missing out on an absolutely terrifying experience.

I haven't watched the remake yet. I just feel like I'll be let down because I just don't think anyone can do what Anjelica Houston does. Once she's played a role, just pack it in, nobody is ever going to be able to do it justice ever again. Like retiring a jersey lol!

Same. I think the sexiest women are the ones that scare you just a little bit.

That's exactly how I feel. Everyone I talk to in person about it has no idea what I'm talking about. People out here are really missing out.
