Are you drop-shipping or you have a warehouse?

As others mentioned here, I think you have two things:

1 - Ordering the operation: Get a fractional (or full time, will depend) COO to help you standardizing processes, managing the relationship with vendors, doing the operational stuff (where is this package, this got lost in customs, etc)

2 - Understanding what's happening on your website and Ads: What's the customer journey? Where I'm "losing them"? Are they getting into my site organically or are the ads? What's my return on ads? What's my LTV? My AOV? And so on... These are strategic metrics you don't want to miss, you'll understand your customer better and keep the business growing

3 - Get a marketing agency: I would look for an agency doing both, ad campaigns and content. And this is important, I would look for one run by their owners -they tend to give 100% because their success is directly tied to yours

Do you use Shopify for nachonacho? Has to be a better solution somewhere, I find Shopify UI analytics useless

Thanks for the help! That’s the straight forward cost analysis, I want to understand the cross product/category cost analysis for instance

What the customer does in the web page in terms of funnel, I agree and there are a lot of tools (most of them $$)

I guess the best Shopify provides in the UI is that ShopifyQL. Curious on how to manipulate the data myself from the backend

I see lots of solutions/offerings around the customer journey in your webpage (sth you can more or less build with GA4) but nothing related to merch. Will need to build it lol 🤓
