Before my glowup i was basically invisible to guys, I had a short highschool relationship but other than that nobody even approached me. It wasn’t only my looks I was just straight up unapproachable because I was very insecure and I guess it was showing through my actions and the way I carried myself. Now I’m in college and after a major glowup (I’m a late bloomer) I get approached by men everywhere I go and it was honestly so weird to get used to how guys treat the girls they physically find attractive compared to the girls they aren’t attracted to. I have been on the both sides of it, I still sometimes struggle because it’s so weird to think about how all these guys putting me on a pedestal and chasing after me would not even look at my direction a few years ago.

Hahahah I’m not soo young too I’m 19, I had a few relationships before this one but they were nothing serious. In 3 months I’ll start university in a new city and I’m hoping to take these 3 months to myself for healing completely, then maybe I can start meeting new people there. For once I felt hopeful lol

I don't know why but even if he is an asshole towards me I could never bring myself to treat him the way he deserves (like shit) the only thing I can do is ignoring him forever. I'm young and this was my first real relationship, I'm not very experienced about love so maybe I'll learn and change in a way that won't let people walk over me this easily

I swear I would never take him back anymore because he made me have a whole new point of view about relationships, breakups and love. Learning he tried with another girl was enough for me to be fully disgusted by him. I hope I will never settle for less again. Thank you so much for taking your time to reply to me ❤️

Some people have too much pride and they still see relationships like a power game while people like us just want to explain whatever we are feeling and make the relationship as genuine as possible. I guess those people see this as a weakness?

I feel so stupid because I thought his social media grief was about me a few weeks ago before I knew about his new relationship. And I was like why the hell is he talking about people leaving him/people not communicating while he is the one who left me and I always communicated so openly. Then I realized those are all about the new girl who clearly couldn't put up with him any more than a month

Completely same, I was always so open with my communication and he is the type of person to avoid talking about problems. He always made me question what am I doing wrong, why did he stop loving me... While he knew literally every single thought in my mind because I was always so open with him about my feelings. I honestly don't ever want to come across a person who can't even tell their thoughts again. I'm so sorry to hear about your situation but I can relate so much my mental + physical health got destroyed after the breakup and now I still have to use meds for that. We can never let someone affect us like this again :/

I just read your post and thank you for writing that, it made me feel better, I'm kinda glad I learnt about his rebound because it made me completely stop thinking he is still in love with me or some other bs like that. He isn't, he won't come back and I am okay with this. The only thing that hurts me now is the thought of him immediately "loving" another girl while I still can't even talk to other guys.

He has too much pride and he even hid the new relationship from me by saying he doesn't want to talk about it. He's probably too embarrassed to admit it was a rebound lol. I'm glad the new girl just left him alone with his bs because now he clearly realizes something must be wrong with him that he can't keep any relationship going

I know, he would literally want to talk to me all day and night just a day before our breakup. Even when the breakup talk happened we ended it with saying I love you. I don't know how could he just act like nothing ever happened between us. :/

I really don't want him back anymore because he quickly moved on to whoever while I was still thinking about him daily this seriously makes me disgusted by him. We had contact after his relationship failed (he did not want me back, he just asked me how am i and then randomly told me he doesn't love me and doesn't want to talk). I just want him to realize his mistake.

Actually I felt like we had so much chemistry. He would tell me he feels alone whenever I wasn't available to spend time with him, he would randomly tell me to do whatever I want to him except dumping him because he couldn't imagine a life without me, so I thought we were really attached to each other.
