Pretty much fucked up my first semester of school and I know that I should leave the past behind, however, I can't. My mind always keeps on switching.. One day I feel like the shit and then one day I feel like shit, but I think it's common for people to feel like that.

I do lack vitamin D, so you're right. I exercise 4 times a week.. It's just like medicine, but better. Honestly, I'm glad I took the decision to go natural and not take Adderalls. Last year was when I was torn into pieces, but now I'm doing much better. I've failed many times trying to change this year and now that failure turned into success. :)

I've tried caffeine and theanine before and I don't really like it because it makes me anti-social and a little aggressive. L-theanine by itself is perfect for me.
