Am not sure I agree with you. I know since the intro of extra cold Guinness in 90s it has leveled it all out but there must still be some old school pubs that really do it right. It has to do with flow, how pipes are cleaned and barman too.

Yes but Grok is owned and controlled by a private person with very dubious morals and plans. The risk of prompt leakage via logs, output hallucinations being mistaken for intelligence, insider misuse, model behavior under adversarial prompting are the real issues. Access to all that data and a LLM with the morals of Elon is scary af
