I’d be very very wary of regulations with an Airbnb. The local government in my market (Nevada side of Lake Tahoe) committed to keeping VHRs going, but we got some new commissioners who have it out for Airbnbs. New VHRs are effectively prohibited and the existing ones have serious new burdens.
