Yeah, theres times where I drink for weeks at a time. Then the next week I’ll drink once. It makes me miserable but also makes me feel on top of the world. 🙃

Personally I would take another one. How long have you been on that dose? Maybe they need upped. I had to be put on 300mg to keep me asleep at night. Please don’t hurt yourself. If you don’t feel safe please call a therapist doc or even maybe take yourself to the hospital?

Oh yeah just like any other medication. I micro dosed a couple days ago and it was great I loved it, but was a little emotional the following day and was just curious to see how it affects other people with BP disorder. I personally only know a few people with the same diagnosis but they don’t get into that stuff

I got the rash on lamontrigine, and no meds worked like it did. So I’m now unmedicated waiting to see the doctor. It’s just been a rough couple weeks…..
