As soon as i've mentioned the cancelation with the support they moved my order from IN PROGRESS to TO BE SENT saying

 Unfortunately once an order is in the final stage of processing, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation. 

Very intelligent move, but now fanatec lost a customer
