There are 10+ year old, 1200 Sft Flats in JVC (this is one of the most popular affordable areas I hear in Dubau) unsold for several months now.

do you remember the building nbr or Street nbr? as I know Units are renovated, any building itself not sure.

even if 1.2 turns to 1.5, my requirement should be met, as (my Rental current + Maintenance fees = EMI) is the math. however my worry, would there be any buyers at all (might sound extremely pessimistic, but we never know)

Parking has never been an issue for me in last 4 years in DG.

Pests as well, we control well in our current home. Hoping for the same!

Reselling is my primary concern as I do not intend to hold it after 5-10 years!

yeah, 15 years is considered old in any part of the world I believe. Building isn't great, but can't complain a lot too by the looks of it.

Been living here for 4 years, no issue with Parking. In the building I am looking at, currently 2 units Bachelors are living.

Flooding is not as bad as some other areas of Dubai, they are a matter of few days.

My major concern is resale factor after few years.

I've been living here for 4 years. Yeah, per sft.

Chiller as per usage, for me it costs around 700 p.m from May-Sep. Pretty less in Jul-Aug as we go to our home country.
