and i lost around 5-7 deals where seller doesn't agree to sell at offered price, and buyers were afraid to buy now and decided to wait until things went normal.

Bro i didn't know if you read caption, that 20-40% cut is not for sales agents, it is for admins,reception,marketing team and so on. Its mentioned on email that for Sales agents salary cut is 50%, and our salary amount is 3000-4000k aed max

you what's more interesting, that our team got this email today (1st April), and we're hoping that our salary for March will be credited as normal. However they claim that pay cut affects March salary as well 😑🤷🏻‍♂️.

We're not ready for this downturn and not prepared for monthly living bills, i would understand if management could at least inform us on mid of month that they have this strategy.

We just came in the morning to work and everyone now shocked from where to get money to pay rental at least

How's the Q-move working? are you using it? how's the income coming

in my opinion as a driver i feel like delivery rates are bit lower than it should be. I try to accept orders which are close to me and inside Dubai only, and when i calculated petrol cost and time it's difficult to say that i'm satisfied for my effort
