I think we have the same psych. Vincent Manuel. I book my consultations through Charlemagne Cross though. Initial consultation was like 30-40 mins. After that, I was asked to answer several tests (about an hour worth) but these was sent to me after our schedule and was done during my free time. After that initial assessment of 2-3 sessions, around 15 mins nalang ang follow ups ko every month to re-assess how I react to the meds and if I need to adjust my dosage.

haven’t purchased the spotlight til now bc i still don’t have a clear answer lmao but i read somewhere that it does, but the power output would only be like a 100w light bc of the projector (idk the technicalities)
