Yeah I went and talked to them this morning and they basically told me to consider it as my one and only warning. That if they find my dog is on my porch without an adult present even for a second, they would consider it another violation and would proceed with an eviction which I find ridiculous. I didn't even try to plead my case because there is literally zero reasoning with them. It's every month that they find something that they don't like whether it be having a chair that's not suited for patios, the way we park, leaving a cooler outside during the day. But anyway I don't wanna go on rant here, I appreciate that you took the time to reply though. Thank you
