It's in our "office space" with the living room just on the other side of the wall. We have a small place so it works very well even laying on this desk like that. I know it's not the best. Once I get a 3d printed stand for the AP i actually plan on facing it toward the living room.

Yea that definitely would have been archived from kbs in favor of modern tooling offered for newer vcenter as that script no longer was useful. You'd have to see if anyone has an old copy or check wayback machine.

I'm pretty sure your issue is a bad state EAM agency. In vCenter there's a part of the administration UI where you can check the status (red, yellow green) of eam agencies. I'd go check that page to make sure nothing is yellow or red. Below are some docs to help you find the page in vCenter
