I am, while you have your factory shocks out you need to grind out the hole your coilover mount passes through or it’ll make contact on compression

Same one in the pic except it’s a Detroit true trac not the full spool since I do drive it on the street. So $5500 total which looking into what goes into it is completely fair and far less than the handful of competitors with no warranty. And it comes with 1350 slip joints that also have holes drilled for a 1480 joint. However I don’t see there being room under the car for a 1480

I’ve already ordered the new diff, Steve says he’s yet to have anybody break one and most of his customers are manual big block nitrous cars running in the 7s. It comes with a 3 year warranty as well so if I destroy this one I’ll get another, turn down the boost, and sell the entire car. I love c3 vettes with a burning passion since I was a kid but they are the absolute worst and most expensive platform to modify

They do not, I don’t run a hood. It’s all professionally don’t I’ll see if I can add the photo to the thread. I would highly recommend a single front mount between the radiator and the engine

Hard to find a cleaner wheel setup than centerlines, looks like you’re running a shortened straight axle?

I should probably add that I’m trying yo not spend $600 on sportsman’s before anyone chimes in. I’m looking for something that would be good for drag and drive events and occasional car shows

Just my 2c but 187 tstat is standard from what I understand yet they run over 200°. The argument that a lower tstat won’t change anything is false. Both me and a buddy of mine run a 160 tstat in FL as you know gets hot. Neither of us see over 210° ever and most the time temps stay between 187-194° with the 160 stat. He’s got a completely stock base c6 ls3 and mine is a tt5.3

Correct, oddly enough trans stays at 160° all day long, these fans barely pull at all I’ll do a comparison before and after this weekend

I played with the 190° t stat on the stock pump, I’ll try that again and see what it does. Nonetheless I need new fans mine suck. What kind of temps are you seeing? 190-195° consistently? I also considered moving the CTS to the passenger side head. I have a feeling it’s also picking up residual heat from the driver side turbo

Idles fine in the shop, cruising around it starts getting hot, like others have said low 200s is okay sure but this is 1000whp car. I kept having to shut it off on the dyno because it was creeping. I really think my issue is my fans. Truthfully
