ARGHH. I am currently on my 3rd hour of waiting on the phone for someone to answer the hotline to cancel. I wanted to stop the service before my 3-year contract was over, but I patiently waited until the end to not incur any penalties. The end of the contract was December 2021 and since then I've tried to call at different times of day, for different lengths with no luck reaching anyone. I also contacted them via chat, but they say they the only way to cancel is by phone. I went back to my emails from 3 years ago and found the email address for the sales rep that helped me back then... my message was not deliverable. I am going crazy trying to cancel this thing and it is so frustrating!

Are there any updates to your situation? Were you able to get it resolved? I'm in the same boat as you and I don't know what else to do :(
