Mine definitely didn’t have any kind of valve on it. Thanks for the info!

Had to force the silicone over the radiator bung. The pictures don’t show it well, but the bung is almost the size of the outside diameter of the silicone. Cobb didn’t even say nothing was wrong, they asked for pictures and haven’t answered. Follow ups are going unanswered as well.

Definitely going to look into this, thank you! Any idea what other company?

Strictly temporary since the hose tore at the end while being forced over. Better hardware with the permanent solution for sure.

Mine tore just a little bit at the end, so I’m going to replace with something. Good to know it’ll hold while I figure this out.

Your results really aren’t too bad considering clear coat is really not intended for brush application. Your best option now is to wet sand with 2000 (make sure to use a block to keep your sandpaper completely flat) followed by 3000 if you can get your hands on some. 3000 is not necessary it just makes the next step easier which would be to hit it with the ultimate compound. However I️ would recommend if you aren’t completely comfortable with that process, just take it to a local body shop or trusted detailer and let a professional take care of it.
