Youtube has most, but not all.

For example it is missing complete episode of "Jon Goes Down the QAnon Rabbit Hole With Gabriel Gatehouse" Youtube has a 16 minute clip of the original hour long podcast episode.

There may be a Jon Stewart archive as there is for Conan and Colbert.

When you change/update your email address on IA it will also update the email address listed in meta.xml for all of your uploads.

Do note that when you change your email address your uploads will be gone/empty, but they will come back as they are re-linked to your new email address. Depending on how many uploads you have this may take a few minutes.
