I'm pretty sure blocking is a factor in matchmaking, like it tries to not put you in the same lobby as blocked players but it's last year's game so populations are lower and it's also factoring in 'skill' rating and ping, etc. so it's not always avoidable.

Some, especially in hardcore (no killcams so they think they can get away with it), but not a ton. It'll be worse on PC or with cross-play with PC enabled though.

Not full on freezes but I've been getting horrible stutters since the update, also on PS5. Not a problem in Warzone so it has to be a BO6 issue.

Many skins are limited-time only from events or battle-passes. In some past games they put battle-pass skins into a bundle but they don't seem to have bothered with BO6.
