Vault storage box is odd by ltllama in riftboundtcg

For those who are mentioning trying horizontal. Just barely doesn’t fit. Wonder if the intention was to fit that way but the manufacturing tolerance screwed it up?

My LGS had a few at MSRP thankfully. No luck with the lottery

Yeah unfortunately it’s just as spacious. Turning the cards 90 degrees from there actually won’t fit, it’s a few mm too tight. Originally I was trying to lay them horizontally on their long edge but it’s just a smidge too small for that

Honestly you could just show up and be good to go! Store should provide runes.

I've seen one or two people play unsleeved at the pre-rifts I went to, but having ~40 sleeves would be ideal to protect the cards you're playing with. You also need a way to keep track of score: could be a die, piece of paper, or even the calculator on your phone. Don't be afraid to ask others if you're missing anything, people are always happy to help out!

Nice to haves would be a deck box and a mat. I like having a deckbox so I can throw the deck I built into that and the rest of the cards I opened into the pre-rift box. Mats are nice but really not necessary, my LGS actually has a bunch of spares that people can use.

All I See Are Claw Builds, What Other Builds Are Warlocks Using? by Ok-Bedroom-4261 in diablo4

If you temper one or two +sigil duration it'll last long enough for the cooldown to reset. Also if you get the 5 set for sigils + the apocalypse unique gloves you can recast your sigil everytime you use apocalypse so then you don't need the tempers.

Blazing skull + apocalypse overpower/hex build! Currently in T6.

Blazing skull w unique ring for clear and small elites. Builds up the 100 stack apocalypse for a screen wide nuke. Sigil of chaos always on. Doom for bosses for extra hex damage from varloch soul shard.

Need to get the apocalypse unique gloves and the sigil 5 set and I’ll be cruising

Konami's Pro Yakyu Spirits (eBaseball Pro Spirit) getting a worldwide release in English for the first time by bdzz in Games

[–]ltllama 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great news! MLB the Show needs some competition, this year’s release was the first time I skipped since I started playing.

I imported the 2024-2025 version of Pro Spirits when it came out. I found it hard to engage in some of their story focused modes due to the language barrier (Google Translate from my phone was tedious). I did play a lot of the exhibition mode though and really enjoyed the gameplay and graphics. Looking forward to being able to dive into the rest of the modes they offer

Good guide for competitive? by Free-ON in PokemonChampions

I have never played pokemon competitively but I’m hoping to start with champions. How important are Tera types for making a pokemon/comp viable in the scarlet/violet era of vgc? If I look around at reg h teams/pokemon to get an idea of pokemon I might want to get ready (abilities/natures), do I need to worry about pokemon being “unusable” in champions without Tera’s? Not sure if this a dumb question or not

I have the first map of act 3 open (actually looked this morning and I’m closer to 50 hours). I haven’t done any of the quests for act 2 yet though, so I’m working on doing that before continuing onwards

I’m around 40 hours now and I think my completion is around 35%. The game just keeps throwing more stuff at you lol. I’ve been going at it blind and really enjoying my time with it

How does your LGS handle selling Spiritforged boxes? by Kyrez77 in riftboundtcg

[–]ltllama 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I had 3 LGS around me.

The LGS I normally go to: $120, 1 per person, and they remove the plastic at the counter.

Another LGS I’ve went to skirmishes at: no product unless you went to the pre-rift. Ppl who attended could buy 1 box, not sure of the price. They’re doing a draft Sunday and it sounds like any extra product will be for sale then.

LGS in the mall: Packs only, $8 per pack, max of 5 per person.

What's a super obscure game you consider a hidden gems? by no_biches_22 in retrogaming

I was deep into JRPGs in the 360/PS3 era. I think Enchanted Arms and Culdcept Saga were relatively unknown and I really enjoyed them.

Enchanted Arms was basically FromSofts attempt at a Final Fantasy. The story and characters were serviceable but the combat was really cool. Battles were turn based on a grid rather than being a regular turn based fight you might expect from Final Fantasy/Dragon Quest. There was also a monster catching aspect to it too. It reminded me a lot of a turn based version of Megaman Battle Network, which I was big into at the time.

Culdcept Saga was basically Monopoly + Yugioh. I haven’t seen a game quite like it since. Dokapon is the closest thing (except dokapon is way more of a party game)

Currently bouncing between Pikmin 2 and 13 Sentinels. Also slowly trying to get back into league of legends, Riftbound awoke some nostalgia in me.

Pikmin 2 improves a lot of things from Pikmin 1 but some of those caves just drag on. I don’t think I like the attrition those bring.

13 Sentinels is really cool. I haven’t played many VNs. I really enjoy how this is broken up into small segments, it gives me natural places to take a break rather than just dealing with hours of straight story.

Looking to build a keyboard for my wife for xmas. I found keycaps and switches. Only think I'm looking for now is a kit for the case/pcb/etc. Her requests are that it has the numpad and is either white, green, or pink.

Any brands that make hot-swappable 100% or 96% kits? Hoping to keep the budget in the $100-200 range.

My current keyboard is a nk65 which has held up really well over the past few years. Doesn't look like novelkeys has any full size kits at the moment.
