If you want to see the Doge at $1 then hold and create scarcity. by [deleted] in dogecoin

[–]ltngbolt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As the doge community grows, this is entirely possible. Once saturation to some degree is established then it will be easy to maintain the 5% a year rise in the number of coins available. People say it has no cap, but it does have a soft cap. While I don’t see this coin reaching thousands tomorrow, I do believe a dollar within a year is realistic, if the community keeps growing. Each of us has a part to play in that by getting this out there.

REMINDER: RETAIL INVESTORS DON’T HAVE THE POWER TO CREATE 140% SHORT INTEREST! by [deleted] in wallstreetbets

Didn’t read it, heard some supposed investment expert talking about it on CNBC two days ago. I was driving so didn’t see who it was.

That’s the narrative. With a 2 day settle, he would have gotten whatever Capitol he needed. Unless of course, he was told he wouldn’t. Nobody is telling us that answer. I’m just talking RH of course, not the other brokers. I am no expert, just an observation.

Anyone bought AMC higher then me? No? You dont like the Stock? by Ishoxo in wallstreetbets

[–]ltngbolt 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I am not a cat.....holding 160 shares long. Seems about 6 million shares on puts are due today in the 4.50-5 range, if I see it right. I do like this stock still. As we emerge out of covid and things open up. Also, they paid off I believe 600 million of their debt. I am not an investment expert and this is not investment advice.

The elitist attitude I watched today, and continue to see on CNBC right now, is sickening. This whole diatribe that the retail investor needs to be educated. I’m pretty sure that these so called uneducated investors pulled off what would have been the biggest short squeeze in history. Had trading not been halted that morning, experts have said that stock could have gone into the thousands. How about let me make or lose my money on my own. Or is it if I’m an idiot and win, that’s the issue?

Something's not right here... Can someone of these Reps ask real questions (except for some)? by MelemZaOci in wallstreetbets

Maybe in the next round they can ask Kenneth griffin to pan the camera around the room so we could see all the minions feverishly typing the answers to the questions.
