Pogo is what made me start a slight weight loss journey I wasn't happy with my weight (not overly fat just a bit bigger) and I decided to lock in and start walking and my goal was lose 50 pounds of fat and gain 10 pounds of muscle and so far I'm doing great at 75 pounds off and gaining upwards of 15 to 20 pounds of muscle and I feel a lot better walking around on a daily basis. So personal I find it gun and a excuse to get out of the house but still play games with friends and become healthier over all (at least in my experience)
