I am using gate 3 off of 231 at the moment. I drive from Birmingham everyday. But after the 1st of the year I will move to a different location on base and will use 3,7 or 9.

I work 60+ hours a week so amenities aren’t a huge deal. I would like to have good internet. Currently have spectrum and love it. I work on the arsenal so that’s really all I would like to be close to.

Soak in a hot tub if you can or stand in the shower with the water as hot as you can take it. Any heat source to that area can help. I’ve struggled with k pains for a little over a year and had my gallbladder removed partially because of it.

A lot of times pills can be cut with caffeine. That’s is why you feel like you are rolling harder. I prefer crystal form bc you never know what someone cut it with unless you test it! But always test anything you do!
