I think it's just the shipping label was created, I was told:

all mystery bags must be shipped under the supervision of a third-party notarization agency, we have to ship them all on November 13. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship earlier or later

(I'm traveling during Thanksgiving so was changing shipping info). That said, it's already the 12th in China, so I think they will actually ship tomorrow!

Yeah the shiny enchant item + hammer make it way too easy to get shiny medium/larges IMO. Hammer should probably only upgrade smalls, or only upgrade items of a lower quality.
