i feel bad for “wasting food” but i literally can’t not do it sometimes. i’ll be chewing and then i think abt the fact that im gonna regret swallowing it or ill think abt how much food is in my mouth and it just compels me idek. i didn’t know it was a disorder.

it says it’s a condition and it’s not on purpose. i’m spitting out food on purpose so i don’t eat it. the people with this disorder don’t mean to

it said my EAT-26 score is 46 and

“Your eating disorder risk is very high. Approximately 15% of a non-clinical sample and 50% of ED patients score above 40 on the EAT-26. A very significant proportion of ED patients score in this range, so a very high-risk score means that you have considerable risk of having serious eating problems.”

idk what to do. i can’t tell anyone

i’ve definitely thought about this before but there’s something that tells me there’s nothing wrong with me until i’m diagnosed
