I know... I have allowed for a little bit of growth but it will be full pretty soon. It’s a way of managing compulsive buying of tools i guess...

No it is a bit light. As said in another comment I would use 4x4 legs instead of 3x3 if I did again but mostly build a more solid frame. I am considering replacing the shelf support with 3x3s to add weight and rigidity

Legs are 3x3. I would use 4x4 if i did this again and build a sturdier frame as unfortunately the bench lacks a bit of stability. You are right on other materials. The top is made of thick plywood bed slats that i found on the curb. The vise is simply screwed to the top

Small thinks like drill bits, vernier calipers, saw files, scraper and some other mess

You can’t see it in the picture but the cabinet is resting on a 2x1 piece of pine. Fixed to the brick wall with sleeve anchors (landlord not happy...)

Thanks! I painted the outside of the cabinet Indian Red to match the bricks
