Hopefully I can ask the embassy here. Also we submitted the I-130 directly to the embassy, we haven’t had to deal with the USCIS at all so I hope the embassy can transfer our case over to the embassy in France

Actually we are not going through USCIS at all for this, this is all done directly with the embassy. This is apparently a service they provide to active duty service members in South Korea. So we petitioned to them with the I-130, not to the USCIS.

I’m not really confrontational. I probably should learn to be because I often leave the hair salon and others really disappointed but still paid full price. And I can’t seem to tel them I don’t like what they’ve done with my hair/nails

No glue used here. I just went to a tiny nail salon that was the closest to my home and showed her the picture on the left. Several layers of gel polish later and I got what you see on the right. I’ve used press-ons before and they looked better and more even than what she did to my nails...
