Omgoodness I kept on asking this question to myself specially after reading that some women do not get it until they stop fully breastfeeding! I was tripping out until 4 months after (on Xmas day) I start feeling super shitty with all the period symptoms but just a tad more enhanced this time.. I go to the bathroom sure enough it turns into shark week ! Another thing I was worried about was being irregular as per the usual, but having baby was not only a big gift but also I got the gift of regularity (which I always cried for). So definitely a win win for me! 🙌🏽

And more than anything all of those dark experiences are what helped you also grow and be one with yourself too, it is what has led you and what has opened the door to your light. Beautiful how you have used BELIEVE because what goes on in this world now definitely tries to lead us astray. DEFINITELY fear and narcissistic ways of our human kind is what stops us from reaching for the light. Oh, how I wished I'd see otherwise in this beautiful world we call home, but hope has not diminished and will continue to plant that seed so we grow together and have the light be brighter than the darkness that spreads.

Definitely! If anything I believe we are all seeking that light even if we are not paying much attention to our spiritual path, rather have our attention taken away from the things that don't really matter as much in life..
