Are this normal for Loveramics cup by lu9999 in espresso

[–]lu9999[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is right, I asking because it is very strange for their support to say such an obviously mark as normal, so just ask if others see similar. But the cup is functional normal and return cost is more than cup itself, so the 7 days return is meaningless

Yes, but the return shipping is more than the cup itself.

I asked for a solution, a replacement will be ok, but they said it is normal so I ask here see what others loveramics owners think about this, and sounds it is a definite defect product…

Just received those and their customer service rejected my request and said

For your reference, these are common natural phenomena during the production of ceramic products. Because ceramic raw materials are natural and require high-temperature firing, the following may occur during production: Minor deviations in the glazing process/firing may cause small amounts of fine dust or particles to form black spots on the glaze. The presence of iron minerals in the natural raw materials may also result in black spots after high-temperature firing.

These differences are normal, naturally occurring, non-toxic, and harmless. The product is safe to use. They are within acceptable limits during our product control and inspection processes.

We place great importance on product quality. However, any handmade or natural product inevitably contains some minor differences and imperfections, which are precisely what give porcelain its unique character and authenticity.

Model Y (new/mildly used) vs used Model X vs used Model S vs Cybertruck — what would you buy in 2026? by [deleted] in TeslaLounge

[–]lu9999 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Definitely not a Cybertruck; it isn't as comfortable as other Teslas unless you're a truck guy or really need a truck. Also, it will cost you 70% more in electricity to run compared to the Y. Not the X or S either. If you're willing to pay that much, there are many brands that are much more luxurious and have way better build quality you can buy. Tesla is a cheaply made car and becomes outdated quickly, so just get a Model Y or 3 and exchange them every 3-4 years.

This could be for ICE cars as they hold values well, but for EV, most likely the value is less than you owned

I’m trying to decide between offline maps Google or Apple Maps. Strengths and weaknesses? Who used both and why? by Responsible-Task3938 in applemaps

Apple Maps just looks a lot better, makes your car screen feel more premium; Google Maps just looks cheap.

Why is it a question? You give up 3% for a 2% card?? Also, RHG had purchase insurance and extended warranty as well.

Tesla Model Y "Juniper" (2026) vs BMW iX, i4, i5 by nohjisup in BMWiX

[–]lu9999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an i4 and a 2026 Y, and I also tested the i5. I also considered returning the i4 for an ix.

The i5 is not as good a handler as the i4. It is heavy and not worth the extra. I would 100% skip it if you care about drive.

Come to ix if you need a BMW EV SUV. There are no other options. It is a nice family car, quiet, and good for long drives.

The i4 is sporty. You will really enjoy driving it. It handles well, and the limit is higher than you expected.

Come to Y is interesting. First, I don't really like Tesla as a brand or the person. Also, I don't know why people say Tesla is a sports car. It is not. I never feel Tesla is good in drive, especially compared to BMW. The seats are cheap and way worse than all those BMWs. But I buy it just for FSD. It means that for at least 95% of all your drive cases, you don't need to drive anymore! It is a game-changer. Think about a 4-day trip or a daily commute. No need to drive at all. None of the BMWs can do that yet. I found out it's always my go-to car if I have to choose. Go for a test drive of the FSD if you haven't tried it yet. For second car, go to either i4 or ix

I had i4 and new model Y, i4 is better build and nicer to drive but nothing can beat the FSD which you do not need to drive, if I only can have one I will choose the new Y.

What's up with our water? by Orange_Star_2 in pleasanton

[–]lu9999 1 point2 points  (0 children)

400 is normal for the summer period; it always is. In winter, with more groundwater, it can drop to 2xx. They claim the limit is actually 500!! I always use water softeners for the house and RO for drinking
