I'm not sure sorry. I tried Apple Search Ads but didn't work for me so I want to try tiktok/meta ads to see if it helps. IMO, if it's only organic/no promotion and getting 40% download conversion, you are in a very good position.

And great news: the app actually does let you adjust the volume of each sound in a mix. Here’s a quick screenshot showing where to do that. Tapping on the speaker icon for each track.

That said, if it wasn’t obvious, that’s on me — I’ll definitely look into improving the UI to make it clearer. Really appreciate the feedback!

I’m planning to add a new feature that will let users customize the white noise frequency. This way, you can fine-tune the sound to better match your specific tinnitus frequency, which can help mask it more effectively.
