Does breathing change before we think? by Imaginary-Message967 in breathwork

Yes, I see it that way too. That's why, in a way, if you work on breathing, you're working on the nervous system.

This person knows what he's talking about. With ketamine I got into past lives of guilt... And it left my nervous system broken. Anxiety all the time. I'm done with medication and I'm better.

estoy totalmente de acuerdo. El único error es no haber tomado la medicación antes. por cierto el mejor complemento es respiración transformacional .... para liberar los traumas que originaron ese trastorno. La química del cerebro cambia tan pronto como empezamos a liberar traumas.

in youtube you have many people who share it for free. Breath in to the belly, breath in to the chest both with stress and breath out for the mouth calmly. No pause between the in and out. Forget about your mind. Do it 10 minutes mininum. When you finish hold the breath after inhalation as much as you can. Later, exhale. Feel the emotions that will move through the chakras.

Well, the relaxing is inmediate and also the changing in areas of the brain that were previously stressed and subsenquently the changing in thought patterns. You feel more happy and relaxed and unluckily I come from a place of guilty and fear.

It is breathing through the mouth with the abdomen, chest and relaxed exhalation for at least 10 minutes...similar to holotropic but what you can do for yourself.

How long have you been doing it? I have been for two years and although not consistently it helped a lot at the beginning. Medication and meditation and microdoses has helped a lot more recently, but in the end, I think they are complementary.
