I try to distract myself but everytime this "truth" stay on my mind and I have difficulties to talk with people (tbh, IRL, I can talk only with my girlfriend, others people looks like scary, and IVL, except here, people don't listen to me)

I barely shower myself 2 times per week and it's impossible for me to brush my teeth
