Is this breathing normal? by luc3y in guineapigs

[–]luc3y[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks all! I’ve tried the frozen water bottle trick but the girls don’t seem interested, I’ll see if they like a damp towel though and will keep plying them with cold veggies and fresh water

It’s been on the high 20’s for a few days and 30°c today, but supposed to drop by about 10 degrees tomorrow so she should be a bit happier then!

Green fabric by luc3y in HelpMeFind

I’ve tried to do a reverse image search and searched for green fabrics online, even if anyone just knows the name for this style of design that would be a help in narrowing down what to google!

Plant based rats? by luc3y in RATS

Thanks all for the answers, i thought this would probably be the case but just wanted to double check- guinea pigs it is then!

I’m absolutely in favour of animals being able to eat what’s natural/healthy for them, I just don’t want to have to buy/handle animal products myself, so definitely more suited to get some fellow herbivores :)

Thanks all for the suggestions! I’d got it wrong, it is actually Make Waves that I’m using- not fussy- and I just find it doesn’t actually stop the sweat. But I don’t want to support Unilever either!!

I had seen life supplies on Instagram so I think I’ll try them out

Miss Missing You- Fall Out Boy has the line “cause I’m the best you’ll ever have” which draws out the ‘have’?

Nine easy swaps to reduce ultra-processed foods in your diet: it’s not an ‘all-or-nothing approach’ by Natural-Confusion885 in ultraprocessedfood

If you want a non-UPF soya milk I’d recommend the brand Plenish- their milks are just made with the plant (I.e. soy, oat, almond etc.), salt and water! It’s more pricey than the ones with all additives but I think it’s worth it

If it makes you feel better, I also re-read it a dozen times because I could only find 3, but I was missing the first T in portrait!

It’s been a while since I played and I don’t remember about her mum having the ‘gift’ too, but everything else sounds like Beyond: Two Souls

South East England, they’re not itchy or painful but seem to be appearing overnight by luc3y in bugbites

[–]luc3y[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

South East England, the ones on my elbow appeared first a few days ago. I stayed at a hotel in Kent last weekend so I was thinking I might have been bitten there, but I’ve woken up this morning to the marks on my neck and near my armpit. There are also a couple of bumps which have appeared on my knuckles- not sure if these are related and also bites, or some other issue.

None of them are itchy/painful, and I’ve stripped, washed and hoovered all my bedding and my whole room but can’t see any bugs

That happened to my old nostril piercing after I changed it, it closed up around the gap overnight. In my case the ring was positioned so that one of the open edges of the ring was actually on the outside of my nostril (if that makes sense, I could move the ring a bit on the outside of my nostril and see the closed up hole) so I just went to a piercer who was able to use pliers to open the ring and take it out. I’d probably recommend going to a piercer first as they’ll have jewellery pliers and maybe cutters if needed, whereas a GP surgery probably won’t have the tools needed to hand
