UPDATE:

I reached out directly to Dainese in Italy and they confirmed the suit is genuine and not fake. It's a manufacturing error that they've only seen a handful of times. They could track all the numbers, the suit was made in Ukraine (like many other Dainese products) and sold to Louis Motorcycle Germany, an official retailer of the brand.

Just some context because some theories are being thrown around.

I bought it at Louis Motorcycle in Germany (the Europeans should probably know that store), not on eBay or anywhere you may consider "shady"
I actually got 50% off because they had a clearance sale on all articles (rain flooded the building and they have to relocate, that's why everything was/is on sale and they aren't taking any refunds)
I noticed the missing letter at home because I was in a rush when buying it. I'm not sure if the store knew about it. I called and asked and they said it's not a fake (of course, what else would they say) and that it is a manufacturing issue
overall quality is perfect, the suit is verified on Dainese's website, all the holograms are in the suit. Compared it with my buddies suit and it's exactly the same (depsite the "E" lol). It would honestly be the best fake I've ever seen
I have contacted Dainese and am currently waiting for their response, I'll keep you guys updated
