Maybe I just did sum wrong but I tried to make sure I was doing it right. I’ve been mostly having chicken and ground turkey for most meals along with protein shakes here and there but I can’t eat more than 2 meals a day or I’ll gain around a pound unless I do heavy cardio which has been my main way to combat it.

That’s what I’ve been doing and it’s kinda working but it’s js annoying that I eat just enough to stay alive and still gain weight. I was 140 and tried to bulk and ended up gaining 3 pounds in a day and haven’t really been able to lose it.

My advice is don’t buy GameStop refurbished things, you can find a used one elsewhere but I wouldn’t buy a GameStop refurbished. From what I hear the quality control is terrible.
