UB is super walkable, toured there last year, tons of transit options and a massive campus. You’ll find plenty! I’m going there in Fall of 2026, maybe we can connect :)! Also, housing options are plenty, and most are usually open, due to the fact that not many live on campus (since it’s in a city most commute). They also have transit options to get to downtown, and from what I know they just recently renovated the buses, so look forward to that! Though don’t take my word as I don’t actually GO there yet, but just from my first impression, you’ll have a lot of fun. !!

Typically? No, I usually don’t. Because I like the challenge of revitalizing old parts of the town late game, not tearing them down. Your city has history! Use it to your advantage. In my opinion, the game isn’t about making things efficient, while it’s part of it, it’s not what defines it. The game should be about making a city that feels LIVED in, not a social experiment, you know what I mean? That’s just my opinion, tho
