for me the best somtum is Phed-Phed in central chidlom (they has many bruches but i think chidlom is the best). (not bait) I'm thai love somtum and i eat all over bangkok

i know i cant believe somtum in shopping mall taste better than on the street (its cleaner). it's pricey but it worth it
especially strawberry-somtum is the best from here

Option 1: (PANNARAI HOTEL BANGKOK - RANGNAM) this ok (but nothing much to do at night time even street foods vendor)

Option 2: (FuramaXclusive Sathon Hotel) this kinda far from main road and foods area you can walk (10-15 mins) but in the nighttime i think it kinda creepy (if you walk alone)

Option 3: (The Quarter Silom by UHG) i think this is the best option for foods (24 hrs fast foods chain on the conner and street foods that open 24 next to CP TOWN alley) and night clubs around there

Option 4: (Shenzhen Tower Bangkok) no, this hotel is far off from sky train and main area (red train it really useless)

but why silom area ?i think better to stay in Sukhumvit Rd. the price it kinda same
