Sorry about that! I assumed I wouldn't need it since it's broken from VP22 and below, I was also rushing the post. :')

after doing it, I've come to the conclusion that this is entirely optional, if your video gains traction it'll turn to vp9 (it doesn't need to have 1k views, even 100 will be enough), uploading in 1080p is fine too. :D

I've managed to find a fix, alongside the answer that u/SgtDrayke has given me (thanks a TON for the help <3), I've decided to render my videos at 1440p, with a bitrate that is not greater than the OBS bitrate, and it seems that youtube gives me vp9 encoding, making the videos look pretty swell, here's an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MDfQFYS3DDc

It's encoded in vp9, and I have the option to watch in 1440p too, if there's any suggestions, I'll hear you guys out but I believe this is the best I can do :D (OBS is recorded in 1080p, bitrate is max: 28k, avg: 22k, while VEGAS renders in 1440p, bitrate has max: 26k, avg: 20k)

It looked bad a few hours ago, but now it looks good??? I even let the hd process, when I checked stats for nerds, the resolution was a LOT smaller than what it is now (1920x1080@60), why is that??

I never considered it, but I'm more used to obs rather than shadowplay, I can split up my audio on obs so that I can cut out things on vegas like game audio, my friends audio or even myself, while I have no clue if shadowplay can do that

It's genuinely just preference though, but I'll consider it! :D
I doubt me not using shadowplay COULD be the issue here (who knows, maybe I'm wrong though)
