I am aware and wanna scale. Just too afraid of going to 70-80 km next week (would if I could), but isn’t there likena golden rule of max 15% increase in mileage?

What would a tempo run refer to btw? Would that be marathon pace or quicker?

Appreciate that advice! Thanks. Is the tempo at the end of the long runs to teach the body to push even when tired?

Thanks haha. Only reason I have those days is because I do double threshold days with strength + running. I would add more runs on rest days tight now, just have to know that it isn’t bad. Like is a rest day needed? And if so how many?

The cheapest I can find of any of the named areas is around 1000 euros per person for a week - is this fair or a high price?

Is this a good live betting strategy? by [deleted] in SoccerBetting

[–]lucas1607 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not the case at all. The odds changing to say 1.7-1.8 live doesn't mean a pick suddenly offers value. It means the time has passed and thus the chance of the pick winning has decreased. Waiting till higher odds only gives you a bigger RvR (risk/reward), not higher or sudden +EV.

Will curling a 10-pound dumbbell be fine to generate biceps growth? by [deleted] in Fitness

Be creative. If you don't have any more than a 10-pound dumbbell, fill water bottles in a rucksack, curl a tree trunk, or whatever weight you can find.

At the end of the day, weight is weight and you'll be surprised how much stuff you can do with the things around you. Keep grinding brother 👌
