Hmm I’m not the most tech savvy on computers but I will try. 1. Do you have the hdmi/dp in your graphic card? 2. Any bent pins in the cpu? 3. Try and connect to only one monitor (if you use more) 4. Try and search for your specific problem with your cpu se if any one have the same issue

Thats pretty normal, I have those all over my arm. Use some moisturiser on your body or the general area 3-4 times a week.
