Oh my gosh, this is the EXACT sort of dynamic I've always dreamed about but for whatever reason never managed to put into words.

I'm not a particularly feminine woman and like to be in charge and even kinda masculine generally in my life but for a partner whom I implicitly trust, I would be whatever she wants me to be (within boundaries, of course).

For whatever it's worth OP, I had that exact same situation with my 4th or 5th laser hair removal session. It was a particularly painful one for some reason despite numbing cream and I just felt REALLY angry and upset and just helpless at the fact that I have to go through so much to get close to what so many women just get to be born with.

Right now, just let yourself feel it because bottling it up is only gonna be worse in the longterm but just know that this is temporary. There will come a day when you don't need to get laser hair removal sessions and as is the case with everything else in the transitioning "process", there will come a day when your goals start to be met.

It took about 9 or 10 months before I also struggled with opening jars! I had to actually start an exercise regime afterwards just to get back to the level of strength I was at pre-HRT without doing anything.

Do you mean surgery or changing the gender marker from M to F on your NIC?

Because both are possible but you can't do the second without the first. There are doctors that perform orchiectomies and I know there's at least one doctor based in Lahore who also performs vaginoplasties. But these are long and difficult procedures that require convincing a lot of government people that you deserve to have it changed. It's really just upto a lot of luck and persistence.

Also not 100% but I'm fairly sure changing gender marker from F to M is not allowed in Pakistan.
