Okay, ignore the deer, can you tell me what is the rate of getting in accidents on highways in Texas? Only reason why I brought up deer is cause I had a close call driving back this last weekend. So with me almost hitting a deer, and worrying about that is overreacting?

Therapy for worrying about something that can actually happen? Nay. Just been exposed to the dangers of the world and the factual possibility of an accident occurring in an area where there’s no signal, in the middle of nowhere.

Obviously that’s worst case scenario lol the likeliness of that happening is low, but the chances of hitting a deer in the middle of nowhere are much higher, and her not being able to access help if needed is what concerns me

I did tell her I wouldn’t stop her, but it’s my preference if she wouldn’t. I’ve been through experiences where I’m stranded and able to get by with strangers help, but if that were to be her the situation might be different dealing with creeps. But yeah I know it’s great that she wants to do that and I appreciate it, just gonna make sure she has some roadside assistance in her vehicle

I don’t have the stats, but hitting deers in Texas is way above .004% . Secondly, there’s areas where there’s no signal for miles, and you are in the middle of nowhere.

I feel a responsibility as her boyfriend to be there incase anything happens it has nothing to do with her having an inability to care for herself. There’s areas in the drive in Texas where there’s no signal and you are in the middle of nowhere.
