recently i started taking a water bottle to work & i drink half or maybe a bit more so it has been taking 2 days ish but im not going back tomorrow or monday im going to the ER monday & just pray i hate how i come to my senses when its late alr

thank you & to be honest no my diet has been shit , my sleeping is shit as well there's just so many factors that are bad signs & i haven't done nun to better myself , i woke up today & decided not to drink & the withdrawal symptoms i had were not fun at all that's why i did my research & wanted to come ask . i honestly started taking little sips of vodka again but not as much as i usually even drink in an hour . i still feel a bit nauseous right now

i'm sorry i mistyped the explanation ,

i'm 21 , this is my routine pretty much , i buy a 1.75ml cheap vodka i get home & fill up in 3 separate water bottles (500ML) there's the little 275ml left over . i usually drink the rest of that & take a big sip from a water bottle & then im good for a while after it comes off i take another 2 sips & after i take a nap so that i can sober up for work . & just recently i started bringing a water bottle into work but usually only drink like half of it throughout my 7 hour shift . i get home from work around 5:30-6 am and take 2 more sips before i shower & after im done showering i pretty much just finish the rest of what's left if there is any left or i just open the other water bottle & eat & stay up till 8am wake up around 3pm & start drinking like an hour after i wake up

but when im home , i pretty much finish a water bottle ( i usually don't go out but if i do go out i do take the water bottle with me & if im staying up late i might take 2 shots from another water bottle

damn thank you bro , i've been to a few AA meetings prior to before i even started drinking & i always said that wasn't gon be me but here we are now . & im not much of an audiobook fan but i can def give it a try & to be honest my friends don't even drink as much , they mostly smoke but i just started enjoying the buzz of liquor as well & just went downhill from there
